Due to health regulations, edible products cannot be returned. These include, and are not limited to:
- Color gels, flavors, dusts & highlighters, sprays and similar
Custom Printed Cookie Cutters
No refunds on cookie cutters. Our PLA 3D printed cutters are designed to be resistant and we only use quality PLA. We inspect them for quality before shipping. Very minor imperfections and texture due to the nature of the 3D printing is possible and acceptable.
Missing Item From your Order
All our orders are double counted and photographed for accuracy before they leave our warehouse. However, if you believe you have a product missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we may initiate an inquiry. We will either send the missing product or issue you a refund.
Items returned without return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense without a refund / exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace the damaged or incorrect product or issue you a refund. You will be provided with further instructions and a return authorization number for returning the damaged / incorrect item.
If You Are Not Satisfied with the Product you Purchased
If you are unhappy with your non-edible / cookie cutter product, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt to request a return authorization number. Please include your order number with your request.
Unused products in their original packaging:
- We will issue a credit (less shipping and handling charges) upon receipt of the returned items
- A 20% restocking fee will apply
Products with damaged or with missing packaging:
- NO credit will be issued
- Items that have been used will be refused and either returned to sender at the sender's expense or thrown away
Please pack the product(s) to be returned in the original shipping carton sealed with sealing / shipping tape (not masking tape) and contact us at email@example.com for authorization and further instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping, brokerage fees, duties and taxes, if applicable. We recommend you ship back to us via USPS (within the US) or your local postal service, not a courier service, to avoid additional fees. Declare the contents as returned goods. We recommend that returned shipments be appropriately insured and with tracking service. Sugartess Cutters cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to the products during shipping
Cancelled OrdersWe reserve the right to cancel any order, refuse service and terminate accounts at our own discretion, including, without limitation, if Sugartess Cutters believes that the client's conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Sugartess Cutters and its subsidiaries.
